These terms and conditions apply to the Libri app for mobile devices. The application was created by Oguzhan Gencel as an ad-supported service.
Acceptance
By downloading or using the application, you agree to these terms. You should read and understand them before using the application.
Intellectual property
Unauthorized copying, modification, extraction of source code, translation, or creation of derivative versions of the application is prohibited. Trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the application remain the property of the service provider.
Service changes and charges
The service provider may modify the application or charge for services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the application or its services will be clearly communicated.
Device and account responsibility
The application stores and processes data you provide to deliver the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the application. Jailbreaking, rooting, or otherwise compromising device protections may expose your device to security risks and may prevent the application from working correctly.
Third-party terms
The application uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions, including Google Play Services, AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics.
Internet connection and charges
Some features require an active internet connection. The service provider is not responsible if the application does not function fully because of lack of internet access, exhausted data allowance, network failures, roaming charges, or other third-party charges.
Accuracy, updates, and termination
The service provider works to keep the application useful and accurate but relies on third-party services for some information. The service provider may update, change, or terminate the application or service at any time.
