This privacy policy applies to the Libri app for mobile devices, developed by Oguzhan Gencel as an ad-supported service. The service is provided as is.
Information the application obtains
User-provided information
The application may receive information you provide when downloading, registering, signing in, contacting support, using backup or sync features, or using app features that require account data. Registration is not mandatory, but some features may require it.
Libri is designed around local-first library tracking. Reading records, notes, progress, ratings, and related library data are primarily handled on your device unless you choose features that use account, backup, sync, AI, or other connected services.
Automatically collected information
The application and its third-party services may collect information such as device type, operating system, app performance, crash diagnostics, advertising identifiers where permitted, IP address, and information about how the application is used.
Location data
Libri does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Third-party services
The application uses third-party services that maintain their own privacy practices. These may include:
- Google Play Services
- AdMob
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Google AI and related Google services when AI-powered features are used
Aggregated or anonymized data may be transmitted to external services to improve the application, diagnose issues, provide advertising, support AI features, and operate connected services.
Disclosure
The service provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information as required by law, to protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, respond to government requests, or work with trusted service providers.
Opt-out rights
You can stop collection by uninstalling the application. You can also adjust device permissions, advertising personalization, notifications, and tracking choices through your device settings where supported.
Data retention and deletion
The service provider retains user-provided data for as long as you use the application and for a reasonable time afterward. Automatically collected information may be retained for up to 24 months and later stored in aggregate.

Children
The application does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child under 13 has provided personal information, they should contact the service provider so the information can be deleted.
Security
The service provider uses reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained. No security system can prevent every possible breach.
